The Department oversees the FreshConnect Program for Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) participants and veterans, service members, and their immediate families. In addition, the Department administers the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) for participants in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program and for seniors.
