Overview
Led by the New York State Soil and Water Conservation Committee, in coordination with the Department, the goal of the Agricultural Non-point Source Abatement and Control Program is to reduce and or prevent the non-point source contribution from agricultural activities in watersheds across the state. The program utilizes the Agricultural Environmental Management framework and provides cost-share funds through Soil and Water Conservation Districts for activities, plans, and the implementation of Best Management Practices systems

A total of $15 million is available for the Round 26 Agricultural Non-Point Source Pollution Abatement and Control Program. Proposals for funding will be accepted from Soil and Water Conservation Districts. Proposals were due by June 15, 2020 to be considered for funding.
