RFA 0359 - Farmers’ Market Resiliency Grant Program

Overview

The Department invites eligible applicants to apply for funding through the the $1,000,000 Farmers’ Market Resiliency Grant Program. The program aims to provide the opportunity to build long-term food system resiliency through New York State’s Farmers’ Markets. 

Funding will be available for projects that will help enhance current food system resiliency through farmers’ markets, including projects aimed at the development and enhancement of farmers’ market infrastructure, online infrastructure, marketing and outreach efforts, and/or delivery capabilities across the state.

Applications must be submitted via the Statewide Financial System Grants Management System (SFS GM) to be considered for funding. Faxed, mailed, or e-mailed applications will not be accepted. The name for this opportunity is “Farmers’ Market Resiliency Grant” and the Grant Opportunity ID is AGM-FMRG25

Applications will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 27, 2025. Applications after this date will not be accepted.
