New York State Apiary Industry Advisory Committee To Meet April 21, 2023

In compliance with the Open Meetings Law the Commissioner’s Apiary Industry Advisory Committee gives notice that it will conduct a videoconference meeting on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 10:00am.

Please take note that the committee intends to discuss, deliberate, and vote by resolution on the definition of “extraordinary circumstance” in compliance with Open Meeting Law section 103-a.  Public comment will be taken prior to the vote.
