In compliance with the Open Meetings Law, the Advisory Council on Agriculture gives notice that it will conduct a meeting on July 28, 2022, at 10:00 am.

Please take note that the board intends to discuss, deliberate, and vote by resolution on the definition of “extraordinary circumstance” in compliance with Open Meeting Law section 103-a. Public comment will be taken prior to the vote.
If applicable meeting materials intended for discussion during the meeting will be uploaded to https://agriculture.ny.gov/land-and-water/advisory-council-agriculture prior to July 28.
