Nearly one dozen local farms and food businesses will join NYS Agriculture Commissioner Richard A. Ball to celebrate the State’s Taste NY program’s 10th anniversary and announce the economic impact the program has had on local farmers and food and beverage producers, including Western New York small businesses, since the Western New York Welcome Center’s opening in 2018.
The Welcome Center is also offering 10 percent off all purchases on November 29 and the chance to win a basket filled with local goodies in celebration of the 10-year milestone.
Taste NY is New York’s flagship ‘eat local, drink local’ program, which promotes New York’s farms and food and beverage businesses.
