CONSUMER ALERT: LA TRAFILA PASTA PRODUCTS Are Being Recalled Due to Undeclared Milk and Wheat

New York State Agriculture Commissioner Richard A. Ball today alerted consumers that LA TRAFILA PASTA PRODUCTS, manufactured by La Trafila, located at 65 15th St, Brooklyn, NY are being recalled due to undeclared milk and/or wheat. People who have allergies to wheat or milk may run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.To date, no illnesses have been reported to the Department associated with this product.

LA TRAFILA PASTA PRODUCTS were sold in consumer sized plastic and cardboard containers and in bulk non flex plastic containers. Please see the list of products at bottom of this alert.

Consumers who purchased LA TRAFILA PASTA PRODUCTS covered under this recall who are allergic to milk and/or wheat should not consume these products. Resellers or users of bulk products should ask La Trafila for revised labels or ingredient declarations to ensure milk and wheat are declared on their product offerings.
