IFB 0370 - Trash Removal and Disposal at the New York State Fairgrounds

This Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) is issued by the Department to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals to provide trash removal and disposal services at the New York State Fairgrounds.

The objective of this IFB is to retain a contractor to remove trash, including office waste, mixed waste, solid waste, cardboard, recyclables, redeemables and food waste and compostable material, and construction and demolition waste from the Fairgrounds as further described in the IFB.

The Contract will commence on April 1, 2026, and end on March 31, 2030.
