Overview
The Department invites qualified Bidders to submit proposals for emergency medical and ambulance services at the Great New York State Fair.
Contractor will be responsible for providing emergency medical services during the annual State Fair, including treatment on-site, transport to the Infirmary on-site, and off-site transport to local area hospitals as dictated by patient condition and operational practice.
The contract resulting from this IFB will commence on April 1, 2026 and end on October 31, 2028.
