Overview
This Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets (“AGM” or the “Department”) to invite qualified bidders (“Respondents” or “Bidders”) to submit proposals to provide rental of mobile restrooms and pumping services during the New York State Fair.
The objective of this IFB is to retain a contractor to provide rental of mobile restrooms, showers, and hand-washing stations, holding tanks, and associated pumping services at locations throughout the Fairgrounds during the annual State Fair.
The Contract will commence on June 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2030.
