Overview
The Department is inviting qualified bidders to submit proposals to provide emergency medical and infirmary services during the Great New York State Fair at the Infirmary located onsite.
Two non-mandatory tours of the Infirmary will be made available to prospective bidders on March 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., and March 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
The 2024 State Fair will be 13 days and will commence on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and end on Monday, September 2, 2024. The goal of this IFB is to retain one contractor to provide emergency medical and infirmary services for the 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 State Fairs.
The contract resulting from this IFB will begin on June 1, 2024 and end on November 30, 2028.
