This Invitation for Bids is issued by the Department to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals to provide printing services for the New York State Farmers’ Market Nutrition Programs (FMNP). The objective of this IFB is to retain one contractor to provide printing services for the New York State Farmers’ Market Nutrition Programs as further described in the IFB.
