IFB 0268 - Restaurant Operation in the Center of Progress Building at the New York State Fairgrounds

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Department to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals to operate and manage the restaurant located in the Center of Progress building at the Great New York State Fairgrounds. The objective of this IFB is to retain a contractor to operate and manage the restaurant located in the COP building on a year-round basis during the annual Great New York State Fair and for any shows held in the COP building during the non-Fair, and as otherwise approved by the Department. Any bidder that meets the minimum qualifications set forth in Section 3.3 of this IFB is eligible to submit a bid.

All required documents were due to the Department no later than 3:00 pm on or before December 28, 2021 in order to be considered.
