Overview
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Department to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals for the purchase of portable horse stalls. The recipient of the contract award from this IFB shall deliver the portable horse stalls to the New York State Fairgrounds no later than April 1, 2020.
