Overview
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Department to invite qualified bidders to submit proposals to provide for the design, production, delivery, and upon request, installation and/or removal of signs associated with the Great New York State Fair. The recipient of the contract award from this IFB shall provide these services for a three-year period beginning on April 1, 2020.
