Bulk Haulers
A bulk hauler is any person who does not buy or sell any milk but who transports the milk in, in bulk, from farm to plant or from plant to plant. Bulk haulers must submit an application for a Milk Dealer License, below.
In addition, any person who is also picking up milk directly from producers must submit an application for a Milk Receiver License.
Packaged Haulers
A packaged hauler is any person who does not buy or sell any milk but transports the milk, in packaged form, for the account of another licensed milk dealer. Packaged haulers must submit an application for a Milk Dealer License, below.
